6 Shows I Would Watch the Fuck Out Of

I constantly annoy Ryan with random ideas I have for shows or movies. Here's six that I have given him. With probably less detail than he had to deal with. Seriously, just imagine these in text message form. That is the shit he has to deal with from me.

And, I do not have a complete knowledge of every show/movie ever made, if any of these actually exist, someone let me know so I can check it out.

A makeover show that takes people that dress “normal” and gives them a “weird” makeover.

Not a surprise or against their will makeover either. I want people that always wanted to try a new style or thought a certain style looked cool to be able to get a makeover in that style. Ya know, it doesn’t even have to be people that dress “normally”. Get me a punk chick that always wanted to try out the pastel Lolita look. Whatever. There are so many fashion styles out there, and I know a few people that have said they always wanted to try some but never had the time or money to do so. So, I want a makeover show that lets people do that.

A show about a cop who is a serial killer.

Wait, hear me out.

This is a comedy.

Okay, so this cop, he is sick and tired of arresting asshole abusers and rapists and watching them get off with a warning or whatever. So he starts killing them. Now, the other cops figure this out. But, instead of “doing the right thing” they decide to help. Kind of. They constantly just fuck up crime scenes so their buddy doesn’t get caught. But, since this is a comedy, they do it in hilarious ways. Also, the main character/killer has to be likable. I need him to be a good fucking person.

A gay detective show.

The detective (either a cop or a private eye, whichever works) is a kind of stereotypical hard-boiled detective. A guy’s guy that goes to the bar with the guys and watches sports. Ladies keep flirting with him but he just brushes it off or outright ignores it. Then *big reveal music* it’s revealed he’s gay. I would want the reveal to be something like, he sees a man across the room and just runs into something because he’s too distracted. I had a thought where the love interest worked in a morgue and the detective is trying to flirt over a corpse. And I don’t want the reveal to happen for a few episodes. I want it to be sort of a shock when it’s revealed. Also, I don't want his sexuality to be the main focus of the show. Basically, I want a detective show with a gay detective.

A show in the MCU that focuses on side, secondary and bit characters.

Episodes don’t have to all connect to each other, but are still part of the MCU. It could just be like the Marvel One Shots, and I would be happy. Speaking of, I miss those. They were so much fun.

A River Song Doctor Who Spin-Off

I just really need an entire series of what River gets up to when she is not with the Doctor. I love River. She is the best.

A Character Creation Competition Show

Does anyone else remember the SyFy show Face Off? The basic premise of that show is that prosthetic makeup artists compete for… I don’t really know. I don’t think I ever watched a finale of that show. But anyways, I was watching that show when I had this idea: I want a reality competition show where there is a set of writers, a set of concept artists, and a set of makeup artists. Each episode, trios consisting of one of each of those are formed and compete against each other.  Each episode the trios are given a theme, then the writer comes up with a character, the concept artist then takes the writer’s idea and draws out the character, then the makeup artist brings the character to life. While I did like Face Off well enough, I just think it would be a smidge more interesting (and realistic for how things I assume are done in the movie/TV show industry) if the contestants had to work in a group. And not a group they choose.

That's all for this week. See y'all next Wednesday 👋🏻
